The “ Mooshausl “ is situated in this unspoilt part of Austria. It is a perfect base to explore the alpine pastures of the National Park in the Nockberge, and the Carinthian lakes and castles. There are endless opportunities for walking and sightseeing in Spring, Summer and Autumn.
The chalet is a typical Carinthian wooden house, set in its own garden and has spectacular views to the mountains and down into the valley of the Gurk. The self contained flat of the first floor, which sleeps 4 /6 people, is pine panelled and decorated in a typical rustic Austrian style, and at the same time modern and comfortable. The attractive living/dining room with its own balcony has two sofas which can also be used as extra beds. There is a sauna on the lower floor.
The Mooshausl is 24 miles West of Klagenfurt and two hours drive from Salzburg.
